A l'initiative du Président, Pierre Novarina, le cadre de fonctionnement et de la gouvernance de Syndigel a été mis à jour et clarifié en s'appuyant sur le référentiel "Quali'op" proposé par le Cedap dont Syndigel s'engage à respecter les principes.

Statuts
C'est dans cette perpective d'amélioration que les statuts ont été révisés et que la version actualisée est soumise à l'approbation de l'assemblée générale du 4 juin prochain, (voir le tableau présentant les modifications proposées). Les statuts structurent le fonctionnement de Syndigel, précisent son champ de compétence et ses domaines d'action.

Règlement intérieur
Le conseil d'administration a par ailleurs entièrement révisé le règlement intérieur qui précise et complète certains points des statuts et entre dans le détail des modalités de fonctionnement des commissions de travail, le barème et les modalités de paiement des cotisations, des groupements économiques reconnus.
Ci-joint la version entièrement révisée , adoptée par le conseil d'administration du 31 mars 2010.
